You can call us during normal business hours Sunday thru Friday from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm or on the website by clicking the button at the top of the page that says Book my Trip.

No.  You can click Book My Ride. However, if you will be riding with us frequently it would be best to create an account. 

Certainly, please communicate that a rider will be accompanying the patient when booking the journey.

Our schedule can change hourly with additional bookings. It would be best to call us to check the real-time schedule.
